I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University. I have a diverse background working in employee assistance, university hospital mental health, discharge planning, psychiatric inpatient, substance abuse treatment and private practice. I approach my work with a strength-based cognitive behavioral perspective. I am a long-time member of the National Association of Social Workers.

We are a Psychotherapy Group Practice that specializes in depression/anxiety, relationship issues, grief & loss, transitions in life stages, family systems, and life impacting medical conditions. We provide short term or long-term psychotherapy. Our focus is on helping you strengthen your relationships, improve self-esteem, and live your life with greater satisfaction.
