After Hours
If our office is closed and you have an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, you can contact our on-call provider. The provider will help assess whether the issue can wait for an in-office evaluation the following day or if emergency room or hospital care is needed. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to respond quickly. If you believe a delay in medical attention could be life-threatening, please go directly to the nearest emergency room and inform our office as soon as you’re able.
Please note: We are unable to prescribe new medications or refill prescriptions after hours. Patients will need to wait until regular business hours to request medications or evaluations. Additionally, our on-call provider does not have access to the scheduling system after hours and cannot schedule appointments.
Emergency and Urgent care:
If you need to be seen after hours there are several options available. Please remember, in the event of a true emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Medication refill requests
Refill requests can be made by contacting your pharmacy or by calling our office during normal business hours. While most prescription refills are typically processed within 2-3 business days if your "med check" visits are up to date, we recommend calling at least 1 week in advance of needing your refill to ensure you don't run out of medication.
